I’m a big fan of learning. This is something that shouldn’t be a shock to you. I work at a university. I have a degree from that same university. I’ve got friends that are professors, teachers, and various other educational professionals. I also spend a great deal of my time trying to learn new things, as learning is something that I feel is a lifelong project.
That is why today I am thankful for the beginning of a new topic on the stellar YouTube channel, Crash Course, starring one of my favorites, John Green. This is the beginning of Crash Course US History and you must watch it ASAP. To make this easier, I have included it here:
I’m thankful for a series that attempts to teach through entertainment. And, with the large audience that John and Hank Green have, I truly think that Crash Course is one of the best possible tools for attempting to boil down complex subjects for quick and easy consumption and I am thankful that they take the time to do it. Until next time.
I’m listening to Don’t Know Much about History on cd while I drive. It’s 24 hours longs. It’s amazing and history definitely repeats itself!
